The Prospector EV
The Prospecter has lost it's ICE (internal combustion engine).  The motor was blown and is little more than scrap metal at the moment.  It did provide help in creating the adapter plate for the electric motor.  As well as the engine, we removed the exhaust system and gas tank.  We then spent an afternoon and evening scrubbing both the engine compartment and passenger compartment.

The Prospector EV
The Prospector EV is our first conversion.  We purchased this 1987 Subaru for $250, blown head gasket included. We call it "The Prospector" because we bought it from a man who spent his spare time in the mountains panning for gold.  This Subaru served him well, and will serve us as our ginnie pig.
